Texas Operation Lifesaver and Union Pacific roll out targeted ads for big rigs WHAT: Beginning October 1, 2015, Texas truck drivers will begin seeing new ads reminding them to be careful at railroad crossings when they stop to fill up at select fueling stations across the state. The ads are part of a campaign being launched by Texas Operation Lifesaver, thanks to a grant secured from the Federal Highway Administration.
