Class members who disagree with the terms of the proposed settlement can speak at the fairness hearing on 9/6/18.
In order to file a claim please visit kccsecure.com/golfcoursefactasettlement/Claimant and provide the claim ID number along with the PIN number (these numbers can be found in the letter sent to the class member).

Some of the golf courses named in the lawsuit include Los Robles Greens Golf Course, Majestic Oaks Golf Club, National Golf Club, and the underrated Meadowbrook Canyon Creek GC!
